Crawl Settings

A 'crawl' is a page whose text crawls its way along the screen usually from the right towards the left (or vice-versa), but the transition can also be used to crawl up or down. You would create a crawl template the same way you would Create a Template or Page, with the following settings:

1.Open the page or template and select 'crawl' as the transition under the Transition tab.

2.Select a crawl direction

3.Select a crawl transition duration (speed). Use 1-10 (1 being the slowest) for smoother crawls, or 2000-12000, which corresponds to the number of milliseconds it takes for the crawl to move across the screen (10,000 or 10 seconds is a very slow crawl, 2,000 or 2 seconds is a very fast crawl).
